IED, in collaboration with the Italian Consortium for Detox Implementation – CID and Greenpeace Italia, has launched The Time is Now!, a project dedicated to sustainable fashion, which is no longer considered a momentary trend but an urgent necessity.
For IED, the project also represents an opportunity to communicate their commitment to sustainability through targeted training initiatives dedicated to future creatives. For us at Berto, it is a way to connect with tomorrow’s designers by supporting them with our most sustainable fabrics such as Ranger, Altea, Pianeta, and Globe.
The garment prototypes are currently taking shape in the laboratories of the Milan and Rome facilities.
Next step: in June, the collections will be presented with a fashion show during the summer edition of Pitti.
