What was your first project?<\/b>
\nMy first project was a footwear line created back in university with some friends.<\/p>\n
The creative process: do you work instinctively or plan every single step? Where do your ideas come from?<\/b>
\nLet’s say the creative work is very much of a compulsive nature; ideas come and you can’t stop them, then everything must be supported by careful management, but not too much.<\/p>\n
What did you think when you were contacted by Berto?<\/b>
\nWe came into contact with Berto in December 2015 when we were looking for fabrics different from those we used at the time: we wanted something more refined, classy, and above all, of quality.<\/p>\n
Which Berto fabrics have you worked with for your project and collections?<\/b>
\nWe have a wide variety of Berto materials in our catalog, of all types and models: mostly we have used Kyoto, Aspen, Barbados, and Red Silk.<\/p>\n
What do you consider the most significant aspect of Berto for Talents? What goals have you been able to achieve thanks to this program?<\/b>
\nTogether with Berto, we managed to win the Global Denim Awards in Amsterdam: in our daily operations, our small company is constantly supported by the Berto team, to whom we are very grateful.<\/p>\n
\u201cLess but butter\u201d can be read as the approval of a certain degree of purity in design but also in fashion design. It can also be understood as an environmental message about reduction and sustainability. What do you think?<\/b>
\nFor us, environmental sustainability is important; it’s a value we identify with: we use only natural or otherwise sustainable materials derived from natural processes, like our New Zealand leathers.<\/p>\n
Is there something you’ve never done that you would like to achieve?<\/b>
