What was your first project?<\/b>
\nThe first project was in 2014 with our first collection for summer 2015. Each new collection brings innovations and improvements from previous collections. <\/p>\n
The creative process: do you work instinctively or plan every single small step? Where do your ideas come from? <\/b>
\nLet’s say we work and plan instinctively. Our goal is simply to make great products. So, for example, if we plan to make a jacket, but the result is not satisfactory, we don’t go further. Our inspiration comes from our landscape and our city (Parma), from nature and our traditions (sometimes inspirations even come from food!). We never draw inspiration from other brands. <\/p>\n
How did your collaboration with Berto begin?<\/b>
\nWe contacted the company in 2015. We were very pleased to find a reliable and quality supplier for denim. <\/p>\n
Which Berto fabrics have you used for your project and collection?<\/b>
\nInitially, we worked with Dandy Blue, then with Ranger Blue.<\/p>\n
What is the most significant part of this project in your opinion? What were you able to achieve thanks to this program? <\/b>
\nBerto produces the best denim. We found a durable and beautiful material that always meets our quality and price requirements. It’s uncompromising jeans, just the way we want it. <\/p>\n
\u201cLess but butter\u201d can be read as an endorsement of a certain degree of purity in design but also in fashion design. It can also be understood as an environmental message about reduction and sustainability. What do you think?<\/b>
\nWe believe that the environment must always be considered in both the textile and clothing sectors. We are still small and young, so our ecological footprint is very, very low, but we already check every time whether the fabrics are eco-friendly or not. However, our packaging, for example, is all made from recycled paper. <\/p>\n
Is there something you would like to do that you haven’t done yet?<\/b>
\nWe always have big projects and ideas in mind. The challenge is always to maximize the budget to create innovative products with uncompromising quality. However, we cannot reveal the upcoming projects, but we are quite sure that Berto denim will be included in the next winter collection XVII. <\/p>\n
